1964 Stephens Cruiser

3 staterooms, all have twin bunk beds w/new matresses, bedding, new 12-volt lights and carpet. Aft and mid-staterooms have been updated in last year. V-bunks are in the processes of being updated. 

2 heads on board. Aft head includes shower, new shower head, new waterfall faucet, toilet rebuilt, and interior was updated in last 2 years. V-bunk head is in the processes of being updated, if finished prior to being sold, the counters and faucets will match aft head. 

Salon is located in the center of the boat, below deck. Offers newer vinyl flooring that is laid out for easy access and opening of all hatches. Salon and galley are currently heated by an electric fireplace in the salon. Salon includes new overhead light fixtures. Salon is full of beautiful mahogany wood, 2 sets of sliding doors that offer ample storage behind them, and storage under steps. 

Aft deck is enclosed and can easiy be used year round. New custom canvas around stern of aft deck. PVC shiplap was installed this summer to give the aft deck a finished look. Wetbar was resurfaced, new mat black hammered sink and gooseneck matching faucet installed. There is a 32in ceiling mounted tv above the bar and lots of lighthing. On the back side of the bar is the helm area. Large helm seat was just recovered. All decking is teak and in good condition. Lots of mahogany wood throughout aft deck as well.  

Boat includes an 8kw Westerbeke diesel generator that is in good running condition and is run periodically. Generator shares fuel tank with port engine. 

There is a 10 gallon hot water tank. Ample water for a "navy shower" in the winter. 

3 bilges on board, front, mid and aft. All in working condition. 

12 volt system 

2 new marine batteries

AC units in working condition in aft, mid, and salon and used all summer.  Galley/v-bunk AC has been used for parts. Can be rebuilt or replaced if wanted.

Exhaust fan placed in V-Bunk deck hatch this summer to pull air through boat. Can be removed but has made a plesant difference in the air onboard.  

Stepdown galley includes a Princess 3 burner stove/oven w/new over range vent hood w/light, new butcher block countertop w/new deep stainless steel sink, stainless steel apartment sized refridge, and new 12 volt lights. Floors match salon floors. Deep cabinets under sink, small pantry area and open storage shelves behind sink in hull. 

Galley floors have hatches to batteries and fresh water tanks, also small door in galley wall that goes into the front if the engine rooom/blige. 

All exterior decks are teak and in good condition with no known leaks. Front deck has 2 deck boxes, 1 for life vests, 1 for extra ropes. Seats across front deck also lift up for storage. 

2 anchors are located on front deck. 

Water and power cable hook-ups are located on front deck on the front of the middle seat. 

All port-holes are brass and have been had paint removed from them. Port-holes also offer screens.

Boat was out of water during trhe summer of 2023. Extensive work was completed on the hull and bottom and there is no known rot below toerail. Hull was repainted a royal blue, all brass was cleaned up. Bottom was re-painted black and seams were maintained as well. 

There is a radar system onboard, in working condition but is older. All electronics attatched to helm are included in sale.
