Just listed is this very special picnic/downeast/cruiser. Built in Singapore by American Marine (Grand Banks) and previously owned by the founder of Grand Banks. It was American Marine's first cruiser. Solid fiberglass hull, cored deck, dry inside. Beautiful teak interior. Repowered with twin gas custom Ford engines 5 years ago, with 200 hundred hours., 351 CI putting out 440 hp each. Engine receipts and dyno curves on hand. 5-year low hour Westerbeke genset will run both AC units. Strong survey this year. Six newer aluminum fuel tanks total 400 gallons. 100 gal. bladder water tank. Full galley including icemaker. Owned by a local not for profit youth focused sail training foundation.
