Classic Model with most systems and components recently replaced.

• 44” LOA with 14’4” Beam, 5’ depth, 20’ height from water (flybridge) and fiberglass hull.

• Boat was stored in a covered slip from purchase through April 2022.  
• Two 150-gallon fuel tanks (300 total)
• Two 45-gallon freshwater storage tanks (90 total)
• Nanni Diesel (2); 320HP each; direct drive (New -5/2007); 950 hours on each and major maintenance in April 2024 including: new heat exchangers, new after-coolers, new transmission coolers & filters, new engine impellers, oil change, and racor filters.
• Cruising speed of 15.5 - 17 kn with top speed of about 22 kn. (Fuel efficiency of 18-19 gallons per hour total)
• Steering system maintenance including flush and replace old fluid, steering ram and cylinder rebuild (April 2024)
• New seacocks, portals, and deck hatches (March 2024)
• Bottom soda blasted, cleaned, retouched and re-glassed where needed, and several layers of barrier and bottom paint (April 2024)
• Kohler, 10KW, Diesel generator (1225 hours) with major maintenance in May 2023 including water pump, hoses, belts, filters, and switches.
• 3 New AGM batteries, 100 amp, 715 MCA installed April 2023. 
• New forward and aft bilge pumps and switches replaced in July 2024
• CRUISAR – air conditioning units (12,000 and 8,000 BTU) installed 12/2012 and serviced May 2024.
• Replaced starboard and port slider windows with tempered, tinted, set windows including teak work for interior sills and frame (March 2023).
• New Garmin electronics installed April 2022 include Garmin GPS 8612xsv touch screen chart plotter, Garmin Xdcr, CHIRP-HW1KW transducer, and GMR Fantom 24 radar.
• Replaced full flybridge canvas and strata glass (June 2023)
• New (remanufactured) Good Windlass, solenoid panel, helm switch, and 5/8” x 200’ colored A/L installed in September 2023.
• Full head including stand up shower, medicine cabinet, and new (October 2021) Raritan Hold n' Treat System with Electro Scan 15 Gallon Tank - 12 Volt and Crown Head macerator toilet. Electro Scan serviced in July 2024.
• Servicing to teak swim platform including replacement of stainless-steel struts and all hardware (March 2023).
• New zincs (April 2024)
• Interior upgraded with new carpeting, complete painting of all areas, new overhead lighting (June 2023), and new headliner (August 2024).
• Updated galley with Summit Refrigerator/Freezer (6/2018), 2 burner electric Ceran cooktop, U-Line Ice Maker, Microwave, and Coffeemaker
