Updated classic in excellent working order, truly turnkey! Don't let the original 1976 age deter you. Bertrams in those days were solid fiberglass hulls NOT cored hulls. If you don't know what that means, you'll do yourself a favor by reading up on it. This is one of very few makes that did not use coring in their hulls so expect this boat to outlive us all. The boat had a major refit in 1999 including new cummins diesels, the best you can find. Again, if you're looking for something that'll last and is relatively cheap and easy to maintain yourself, cummins is your choice! These twin diesels run perfectly!
Perfect candidate for a fishing charter boat or great looper! This is a solid, not cored, versatile hull to keep your clients safe and comfortable while keeping costs low! This boat can do everything the 40-50' class can with better than 1mpg at cruise. There's upwards of 4 dozen hatches and compartments to store massive amounts of tackle and gear. Its setup for fishing but hasn't been fished so its not all beat up like most boats in this price range. The boat has been kept in fresh water and before that in slightly brackish water in MD.
Everything works on it except the dome light above the sliding door (no power on the wires and I can't trace them) and the chartplotter in the salon. Features include autopilot, engine sync, deep freezer and separate beer fridge (ac/dc powered so they always work), radar, chartplotter, fresh water system with water heater, fishfinder, 4 zone stereo system, 2 tv's, microwave, gas grille, head (toilet), diesel generator (yes it actually works and powers a/c and all systems easily), outriggers (not currently rigged but I have 2 new kits ready to go), spare set of props, & 2 zone heat & a/c.
I originally bought this to do 6 pack fishing charters out of Rudee Inlet but ran into a decent work situation with a booze cruise company soon after purchasing this. Its since been used as a weekend liveaboard when I'm working out of town on the charter boat in Richmond. Not to worry, it hasn't been sitting idle. I take it up and down the James every spring and fall and short local runs every month in Richmond. I don't need to sell this but would like to downsize to something more appropriate for personal non-charter usage. I am open to trades for something that's smaller with cabin and living quarters still.

V berth with most comfortable mattress (land or sea) that I've ever come across. Has an insert (memory foam) to make it a single large triangular bed. Full working head.
Too much to list, its got it all, just ask!
microwave, coffee maker, gas grille, fridge, deep freezer, sink. Original heavy & hideous range was removed to add more storage drawers.
windlass works! outriggers are on it (never used but rigging purchased 2 years ago comes with it)
Furuno MFD 12 chartplotter with radar. Separate garmin fishfinder installed last year. Raymarine raypilot 65 with extended remote too!
Set of higher pitch props convey too if you were to ever lighten the load by removing the teak decking.
