Buy a boat that sails well! This Heritage West Indies 36 is an winning bouy racer, excellent coastal cruiser, and capable offshore boat. Perkins 4 108 engine runs very well. Transmission works but needs rebuild. Took some minor damage to rubrail, toerail during storm that I am fixing now. Nice interior, A/C, linear drive autopilot, DSS radio with AIS. Good sail inventory and halyards. True sine wave inverter, induction cooktop, solar panel with smart charger. Two AGM house bank and a separate AGM starting battery. Sleeps 7. Large cockpit. Very comfortable boat. Centerboard with 4’ draft up and 8’6” down.
