1978 Najad Najad 34

This well-built monohull sailboat designed by Olle Enderlein and built by Najad in 1978 is a very safe and
very sturdy companion in all sea conditions. Our boat has all you might need for a proper sailing: very
good reliable engine, bow thruster, new set of sails, diesel heater, electric toilet, shower with hot water,
water heater, fridge (brand new cooler system), gas stove, dodger and cockpit chapel etc.
Our Najad 34 has a good aft cabin with 2 berths (plus additionally we made a removable insert in the
middle if you want to have one big sleeping space). A secure center-cockpit with steering wheel and a
fresh autopilot ensures a safe & comfortable trip. Folding table in steering wheel pedestal makes snacks
and breakfasts outside comfortable and with lots of fresh air. If weather is not that good, the cockpit is
can be fully closed with cockpit chapel. Bright salon with U-sofa arrangement in port side (table can be
lowered to form a big and comfy double bed), and the navigation table, gimballed stove+oven, fridge
and sink with hot water is in the starboard side.
Boat is currently on land in the north of France (Normandie, Rouen) that makes it easy to check everything
important before purchase.
Engine has been replaced for a brand new VETUS M4.17 of 2010, (43HP, 4 pistons, as of now only
approx. 600 hours) which runs reliably and very quiet. Has been serviced and winterized every year.
Pillow covers are brand new and replaced at the end of 2022. Electric toilet was fully serviced in the summer 2023.
