Description
Selling my 1979 Catalina 30, Moxie. She is ready to cruise or go out to the islands today, and is in great shape compared to other Catalina 30s of the same vintage since she spent at least part of her life on fresh water in Lake Mead. I am selling Moxie because I recently had a kid so regular weekend trips to the islands are off the table for a while. Moxie is currently in Ventura, and while you can't take over the existing slip I've been told there are currently 30 foot slips available in the same marina.
I've spent a lot of time on this boat, including about 25 trips out to the Channel Islands, multiple trips to Santa Barbara, and even a cruise down to Catalina. If you are looking for a well taken care of, reliable, affordable, and stout boat to get you around the coastal waters off California this is your boat.
