A true cruising blue water ketch that the previous owners bought in 1984 and kept her in the Great Lakes. The owners before them bought her new. As far as we know the boat was never chartered out. We have lived on her full time in New York City and Long Island since 2014 and have cruised her extensively along the North East coast up to Canada. We have spent the last few years refurbishing and preparing her for longer term cruising. Last year we sailed south to cruise the Chesapeake and have spent the last six months in the Bahamas.
We have just returned from the Bahamas and she is all ready to continue cruising or to become your home. She is well suited to remote working. She only needs a new coat of antifouling and some cosmetic touch ups and she is ready to start a new adventure with you.
We will consider all reasonable offers.
She is the short mast, solid keel version of the 52 so she can traverse the ICW albeit with a tight fit in some spots. The engine and transmission were rebuilt in 2024 and are as good as new.
All systems are operational and ready to go!
Is now the time to follow your dreams?
