Proper NAV station to port with double quarter berth aft of that. Galley to stbd & very efficient sea going setup with lots of storage . All new LED lighting ,Interior speakers ,  new manual flush full size head toilet, v berth with bed matteres for much more sleeping comfort . 

New Beta 38 hp diesel  400 hours with new shaft & new flex o fold 3 blade prop .  Has the top of line water proof engine display panel  inside a custom recessed box with cover shield .The boat does an honest 7.7 kts at 80% load. Well over 8 kts at the pins & is rated to do this . New 25 gal fuel bladder with electric cross feed to main diesel tank now gives 45 gallons between the two tanks 

New Raritan  6 gal water heater ,  new head and hoses ,3 new groupe 31 AGM batteries , 30 amp shore power with 50' cord, 155 watt fexable solar panels mounted over spray hood with monitor screen below by ladder , all new fresh water pumps , new fresh water hot & cold cockpit shower rinse , locking fuel cap . New throttle and shift cables new idler sheaves under the pedestal.

 3 burner propane stove and oven , 2 SS sinks , large insulated  ice box, lots of storage , ice box electric pump and hose . Galley strap , carbon monoxide detector. New hoses, solenoid, and regulator for interior cooking system

Brand new Snow White revisited Awl Grip professionally sprayed inside a shed. 12 winches , 2 new harkens ST 2 speeds on coach roof , hall spars ridged boom vang, brand new BSI rod rigging with upgraded closed barrel turn buckles, new harken main sheet traveler system, track & 4:1 newly designed car. Sail tech hydraulic back stay adjuster ,carbon fiber spin pole recently recinditioned ,lewmar line clutches , brand new Harken MK 4 roller furling unit and new extrusion , new mast head sheave box fully replaces with Delrin , all newer dynema  spinnaker &Jib halyards,  2 winch handles , 5 winch handle pockets , rebuilt Atkins & Hoyel hatches , all port lights replaced with 7/8" cast acrylic and sealed in with Dow 795, all teak hand holds replaced with stainless steal, 4 harness pad eyes in cockpit ,   2 teak dorade boxes with SS guards & SS dorades , new toe rail, rub rail and fasteners bedded with 5200. No leaks at all. New Main sail, newer asym chute , older # 2 # 3 and storm sails , has dodger but I never used it the 15 years I have been the owner . Swim ladder off transom , new wire life lines & many Stantions , chain plate deck pass through  fully re built & sealed / no leaks . Newer dynema running backstays / check stays. Newer North Main sail, 140% and 110% jibs and asym chute / never used, storm jib and trisail.

B&G Zeus 7" gps plotter  at helm , 4 B&B Triten  instrument displays in cockpit , all new ducers  , Garmin 740s at nav Station , B&G vhf with AIS , cordless command mic for VHF with built in charger,  Raymarine st 6000+ linier drive auto pilot wiyh new drive motor & arm ( only thing left to do was radar. Antenna would be a very good upgrade & was on my short list )

All personal items , safely gear , type 1 PFD's , spinlock gear ,docking gear ,tools,  parts bins, medical packs , yachts stereo system  , tender  & outboard engine crane mount are NOT being sold with the boat .
