Infinity is a well built and maintained, freshwater, solid cruiser/racer built in 1982 and owned by the same owner since taking possession from the Toronto Factory and The Irish Boat Shop in Harbor Springs, Michigan. She is currently docked in the water at Eldean’s Shipyard in Holland, Michigan.
Many upgrades were added including oversize, self-tailing winches, an oversized wheel, and many additional upgrades. She is in great shape and has been cared for both in and out of the water for years. A brand new Main Sail and easy catch / lazy bag with full battons has only been used once. The yacht comes with a cradle for easy winter storage, and a new winter storage canvas used only one winter, custom made at Whitelake Canvas Company.
The C&C 37 is a big, moderate displacement yacht with excellent sailing characteristics, and a very comfortable interior. The spacious, cockpit is designed for both sail handling, and relaxation when not under sail. She is stable and powerful, while being easy to handle.

Interior accommodations
Moving forward down the companionway, there is a U-shaped galley to starboard with a double stainless-steel sink, large counter sections and ample storage cabinets. The Navigation table is opposite the galley to port with a double quarter berth aft. The AC and DC electrical panels are just above and outboard of the Nav table. Moving forward there are two wide straight settees with a folding leaf dinette table on centerline. There is storage outboard and underneath the settees as well as storage cabinets above and behind the settee backs. The head/shower is located forward of the main slalon on the portside with hanging lockers opposite to starboard. The forward cabin/V-berth has a privacy door and shelves on both port and starboard sides of the berth.
The engine is accessed by removing the companionway ladder which exposes the front of the engine; there is additional access through the cockpit locker on the starboard side, which has a removable panel to access the marine gear and stuffing box.
