This is a very special shallow draft catamaran drawing only about 2 ft 8 inches with a folding or drop mast. This allows the boat to go under low bridges. It has a 50 horsepower Mercury outboard that was purchased during covid when I could not find a smaller one so you only need to let the engine run at a fast idle and use about a half gallon of gas an hour to cruise at 6 or 8 mile per hour.
It comes completely ready to live aboard with a huge refrigerator cooler compartment and stove and oven indoor shower and head and I had an outdoor shower rigged up also using an instant on propane heater. We could easily sleep four and has over 6 ft of headroom from front to back in the cabin. Unfortunately it has been vandalized and had some theft in the last year as I have it anchored out in a protected area but the batteries were stolen and the throttle and the digital readout for the Mercury was taken out of the cockpit.
I have over 35,000 in this boat because the engine alone cost me around $12,000 to have it installed by Moss Marine in Fort Myers Beach Florida.
With only a little over 100 hours on the engine it would be a great boat for someone to fix up at a nearby do it yourself Marina. Anyone making me a fair offer considering the value of the outboard and the fact that the boat is very well built and comes complete with a mainsail and jib. Ready to go with a little cleanup work.

Can easily sleep three or four and has great storage space with a very large cockpit for seating area for parties and has a Bimini cover that was custom made.
Refrigeration unit was replaced about two or three years ago and can run off the solar panel and about four batteries.
Two burner cook stove with oven.
Has a winch on the mast and a winch on each side for the jib lines.
Has GPS and raymarine autopilot I believe but the screen for the GPS was stolen recently which is why I'm selling the boat for many thousands below what it is worth.
Swim ladder on the side of the boat and a stainless set of davits to lift up the dinghy and support the solar panel which is about 180 Watts I believe.
