1982 Catalina 30' Tall Rig

The interior is spacious and comfortable for both day sailing and extended cruises. Here’s an overview of the layout and features:

Salon: The main salon is designed with a wide beam, offering ample seating and headroom. The large U-shaped dinette on the port side can convert into a double berth, while a settee on the starboard side serves as a single berth.  There is a fold-down dining table in the salon, which can be stowed to create more space.

Forward Cabin: The forward cabin features a comfortable V-berth with storage beneath, capable of sleeping two adults. Shelving and compartments provide additional storage, and the cabin can be closed off with a door for privacy.

Quarter Berth: A quarter berth is located aft on the port side, extending under the cockpit. This space can serve as an additional berth or storage area.

Head Compartment: The head is located aft of the forward cabin on the port side.  Includes a marine toilet, sink with hot and cold water, and a shower. There is additional storage space with cabinets and shelves.

Storage: There is extensive storage options throughout the boat, including hanging lockers, compartments under the seats and berths, and various cabinets.

Comfort and Convenience: Custom Foam Cockpit Cushions: Installed in 2010 for additional comfort in the cockpit area. Handmade teak table installed in 2005, adding elegance and functionality to the cockpit.

Capacity:

Day Sailing: Comfortably accommodates up to six people.
Extended Cruises: Sleeps four people comfortably, with enough space for two to stay in style.

Wheel Steering: Equipped with wheel steering, providing better maneuverability and ease of use. The wheel has a custom leather cover installed in 2012.

Anchor Windlass: Lewmar electric Horizon anchor windlass, installed in 2009, allows for effortless anchor retrieval.
