Accommodations
In addition to providing "acres" of usable deck space, the flush-deck, low profile pilothouse design of the King's Legend 41 allows for a beautiful and spacious interior.
Stepping below into the pilothouse area the galley is arranged in a C shape on the port side. There is a 2-burner propane stove with oven, a refrigerated icebox below the countertop, and new sink. There is plenty of storage in drawers and cabinets below and above the solid wood countertops, and a new tile backsplash. On the starboard side there is a complete inside helm station with a navigation area adjacent. Visibility and ventilation are very good thanks to the stainless steel fixed and opening portlights. The interior woodwork is of very high quality and is in exceptionally good condition.
The captain's aft cabin and aft head are accessed through a door behind the nav station. The aft cabin has a large double berth on the port side with storage below and a dressing area on starboard with more storage cabinets. Opening ports all around provide plenty of light and ventilation.
Going forward and down a couple of steps, the main cabin is wide open from beam to beam thanks to the flush-deck design. On the port side there is a table with wraparound seating which can be converted to an extra double berth if needed. There is a long settee on Starboard with storage and bookshelves behind. Farther forward past the forward head/shower there is a large V-berth stateroom, complete with hanging locker, drawers and storage cabinets.
