Description
Ready to sail now! This 1983 S2 9.2A is a 2 owner timeless classic with a perfect mixture of performance and comfort. Outfitted with a cruising family in mind. The previous owner bought the boat new in 1983, and we acquired her in fall of 2023. We spent the next 8 months refitting and upgrading her before living on her full-time during this past summer.
She is a single spreader bermudan sloop rig. Comes with a 155% Genoa, a 100% Jib, and a half-battened Mainsail.
She displaces 10,000 lbs. Built with a fully encapsulated fin keel and a spade rudder with skeg.
We completely refinished the barrier coat and anti-fouling paint, re-bedded all thru-hulls and chainplates, and re-stuffed both prop-shaft and rudder-shaft stuffing boxes.
She meets Coast Guard Standards, and is up to date on her routine maintenance schedules.
She comes with a ton of additional upgrades and extra features (AIS, Solar system, Autopilot, Ground Tackle, etc.)
