Description

Mystery, a 1984 Pearson 303, is a wonderful daysailor, weekender or coastal cruiser for exploring Eastern North Carolina's shallow rivers and sounds.  Over $10,000 spent on new equipment upgrades between 2023 and 2024.  Mystery is a really big 30-footer that sails well at low angles of heel, has a shallow draft (4.3 ft.) and excellent sailing qualities across a wide range of wind conditions.  She's easily handled by a couple or solo sailor.  Above deck, her cockpit is big, wide and safe.  Below her wide beam and generous freeboard provides exceptioinal interior space - comparable with many boats several feet longer.

A 38 ft. slip at Cypress Landing Marina may also be available.
