- Bow Thruster (2012)
- Generator
- New in 2012 Raymarine Touch screen MFD Navigation Electronics including Chart, Radar and Autopilot.
- Diesel Furnace (2012)
- Built in Electric Heat

- And More...
A powerful multi-zone Entertainment System, custom interior and exterior lighting and modern interior decor all optimized for entertaining large groups of fancy friends. Major preventative maintenance completed summer of 2024 at the CSR Marine Boat Yard in Seattle.
Yes, this Tolly is priced "below market" but NOT because there's anything wrong with it. We want to sell it. Why should you take a careful look at this particular Tolly 37 and compare it to other Tollys on the market?...
1) In addition to regular preventative engine maintenance all gasoline powered Tollys must have their seawater cooled Exhaust Risers, Elbows and Oil Coolers replaced at a maximum of 10 years if docked in Freshwater, 6 years if docked in saltwater. These exhaust parts were all replaced spring of 2024 on this boat and also replaced 10 years prior. If this work is overdue on a Tolly it's potentially catastrophic deferred preventative maintenance. (Risk of Seawater entering the engine cylinders .)
2) Dripless shaft seal manufacturers require their shaft seals to be replaced every 6 years. The seals on this Tolly were replaced summer of 2024. Shaft seals that are beyond the recommended replacement date are a potentially catastrophic sinking hazard.
3) To avoid inconvenient disablement of a boat, whether gas or diesel powered, the drive plates (damper plates) between the engines and transmissions need to be proactively replaced approximately every 2,500 hours. A big expensive job that was completed summer of 2024 on this Tolly.
4) 40+ year old Tollys need to have their shafts, cutlass bearings and propellers inspected. Even if the shafts are still straight and balanced the four cutlass bearings will require replacement. The shafts and cutlass bearings were replaced and propellers cleaned and tuned on this boat in Summer of 2024.
5) Docking a boat in covered moorage can hide that rainwater would otherwise leak into the boat which will be an issue for a buyer who plans to move such a previously covered boat to a non-covered slip. Tollys that are docked in covered moorage and used primarily in dry summer weather typically look shiny and nice but are getting away with leaking portlights if the original portlights have not been removed and rebedded or replaced. The portlights on this Tolly were replaced in 2013, and other leaks fully addressed by using winter canvas. If portlight leaks are not immediately fixed they will damage the interior teak paneling around the portlights and cause mold contamination behind the interior paneling. This Tolly also has a mostly complete canvas project to cover the teak cap rails in winter. So when you refinish the cap rails they can be covered in the winter months and stay great looking for years.
6) Complete service records, ship's logs and parts+work receipts have been maintained and are available. An extensive "Owner's Manual" and systems diagrams for the specific systems installed on the boat has been created and will be provided.
