I had to select a boat make so ignore that.
This is a Lycoming GO-480-B16 with a Whirlwind adjustable pitch carbon fiber prop used as a special effects wind machine. Wind machines sit more than they work (like a boat), so we start it up every few months for upkeep. It runs well as you can hear in the video. The base tilts up/down and pans left to right on a 1995 Peterbilt axle.
