More Patience is a wonderful example of the sailboats of that era that offer great sailing characteristics but don't scrimp on comfort both above and below deck. With the centerboard up, you can enter shallower harbors or coves, yet sail very well in any condition with the centerboard down. She has been well maintained having had only two previous owners.
