"Miss Conduct" 1987 Carver 4207 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht
-Located on Lake Texoma, in Kingston, OK. Fresh water boat, stored in a covered slip.
-Twin gas 454 engines, 7.5KW gas Kohler marine generator, all serviced every winter and running at full capacity. Raw water impellers new as of 2024 for all three. Carbs and distributors rebuilt as of 2022.
-Two 200 gallon aluminum fuel tanks with sending units for gauges in great condition.
-Two plastic 50 gallon waste tanks.
-Bottom job completed in 2022 along with new shaft packing
-Foredeck Sunpad, redone in 2022
-Aft deck hardtop with enclosure
-Swim platform redone in 2022
-Upper helm has seating in front and behind the captain
-All lights have been switched to LED, additional custom LED lighting in the living room, all electrical outlets replaced, both bedrooms are equipped with outlets with USB charging built in.
-Aft deck has TV, storage cabinet, ice maker, new minifridge, and wet bar with new faucet.
-Main salon has TV mounted on back wall, stereo and AV equipment on the port side.
-Multi-zone 10k watt stereo, with zone control and physical mixer for TV, bluetooth, line-in mixing.
-Both TV's can accept a single central HDMI input with sound routed to the stereo or independent HDMI, all managed in the cabinet on the port side of the salon.
-Galley has refrigerator/freezer, replaced in 2021, sink with new faucet, new GE microwave, cooktop and oven.
-150 gallon freshwater bladder with water pressurizer and shore water inlet
-Forward and AFT heads are electric with a separate enclosed shower and vanity with sink. All new faucets and shower heads have been replaced in 2022 with new ones.
-Aft cabin has queen island bed with storage underneath, lots of closet storage, vanity with mirror, drawer storage.
-3 marine air/heat units, AFT unit replaced in 2021, forward unit rebuilt and recharged in 2021, Salon unit was rebuilt and recharged in 2024. Included is a temporary AC unit for the main salon.
-Freshwater boat that is kept in a covered slip, located on Lake Texoma.
-Slip available to rent with the purchase of this boat.
