Main General Description
From the aft deck, a door with a window opens to a staircase leading to the salon. Which is also accessed through a sliding door on starboard at the helm. Reverse cycle AC/Heat makes this a very comfortable space to entertain or just relax. Large sliding windows feature drapes, and the windshield is well forward above the galley and dinette with newly installed privacy blinds. Heading aft, 4 steps down is the laundry closet, with a washer/dryer combo unit and storage above. A sliding door closes off the aft cabin. Inside is a centerline queen berth, with nightstands on either side. A large hanging locker is to port with opening window, plus a mirrored dresser and vanity and a second hanging locker. To starboard is a huge hanging locker with sliding screened doors and sliding windows outboard. There are ample drawers in the cabin, rugs for the sole, and 2 large-screened hatches plus a pair of stainless steel framed opening ports above. The master head is forward on starboard with a porcelain sink, Raritan electric head and waste hoses, large shower and medicine chest. The sole has a teak grating and a sliding window. Four steps down from the salon is the U-shaped galley on starboard and a large U-shaped dinette to port on the same level. It has new cushions and converts to a double berth for extra guests. Plenty of windows and the windshield overhead make the galley a bright space. The galley features a reverse osmosis water purifier, a Princess 3 burner electric stove with oven, a new Norcold AC/DC fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven. Just ahead is the forward cabin with sliding privacy door, upper and lower single berths to port, a mirrored vanity on starboard, framed opening ports and a screened overhead hatch. At the head of the berths is a hanging locker, while opposite is the forward head. The forward head features a Raritan electric toilet with newer waste hoses, shower with a teak shower grating, and sink.
As you can see in several photos, the interior walls have experienced some water damage due to leaking windows. The leaks have been attended to and it is recommended that the wooden veneer be replaced.
Lower Helm-Salon
The lower helm has had numerous upgrades and is the main control center for the updated electrical system as well as helm controls. The reverse cycle heat/AC controls, generator battery monitor, I-Series tank monitoring system, House battery monitoring system, Invertor controller, VHF radio, and Go-Vee security monitoring system, have been recently installed to update this boat. The flybridge helm station is well equipped and appointed with a plenty of space for extra seating when fair weather cruising. The full enclosure provides shade to the passengers and is in good condition. 4" Ritchie Compass on both helms.
