TEMPUS FUGIT
This 1988 Bristol 45.5 Center Cockpit Centerboard boat must be seen as photos do not do her justice! Tempus Fugit has been fastidiously maintained by her current owner as well as her previous owners. Much was done to the boat in 2019 such as repainting the deck, new electronics, standing rigging inspection including chain plates, centerboard cable and bushing inspection and as well as substantial main engine and diesel generator upgrades from 2021 until recent. With an abundance of spares on the boat Tempus Fugit is truly a turn key go anywhere yacht.
The teak interior and solid teak and holly cabin soles are in excellent condition with numerous custom features not found on any other Bristol 45.5, The work was done by a very well-respected craftsman. All of the lockers and cabinets have louvers or otherwise ventilated to prevent mold and mildew.
Tempus Fugit has been well loved by her current and past owners and "Pride of Ownership" is evident throughout this Yacht. I don't think you will find a nicer and better maintained Bristol 45.5 than Tempus Fugit.

Deck
The deck was painted in 2019 and looks perfect! Also, in 2019 an Owner's survey was done including a complete standing rigging and chain plate inspection, the report reflected nothing but positive statements with no recommendations. The standing rigging is rod, 1/4 inch for the lower shrouds and back stay and 3/8 inch for the upper shrouds. There are dorades and 5 opening hatches plus numerous portlights offering great natural light and ventilation.
