Description
The boat is in excellent condition. No leaks or seeping Dry bilge. Sailed only in Barnegat for the last 20 years, and out of Cedar Creek, for the last 15 years. Hauled out and land stored every year, bottom painted last year with ablation paint. Lovingly cared for by the owner, Sails are inspected repaired, and cleaned every year, in excellent shape. 2024 it sailed only 6 times, 30 hours. The boat is regularly maintained and kept in Cedar Creek on a private Dock in Summer and at the Cedar Creek Marina from October to April.
