This is a clean, well maintained and updated example of the very seaworthy Tartan 31.
The Tartan 31 strikes a nice balance between performance and cruising comfort. There's enough power to keep the casual racer feeling competitive and enough stability to keep the relative newcomer out of trouble.
New North Full Batten Main and Roller Furling Genoa in 2021 - have only been used 10-12 +/- times since new. She is also equipped with a reaching sail with an ATN system. With all lines lead aft and an Autopilot, this is a very easy boat to Single Hand.

The interior looks well taken care of and the galley is exceptional for a 30 footer with ample storage. All cushions are of high quality and in good condition.
