1989 Boatel Houseboat

Knot a Care is a 1989, 44 foot Houseboat located in Tonopah, Arizona. Knot a Care recevied a safety inspection and passed by Coast Guard in 2016.

This boat was listed for sale by its pervious owner for $56,000.  When I purchased a new home, this houseboat conveyed with my new property.  I am selling this vessel because I have no interest in boating and believe it needs to be with someone who will enjoy it and put it to good use.  I am looking to sell immedately and will consider reasonable offers.

Engines

• 2 Johnson 70HP 2 cycle engines, reconditioned in 2018 (also new water jacket, gaskets, impellers)
