Description:                   Cruising/fishing vessel with open cockpit aft, helm to starboard, cuddy cabin forward with portable toilet, 7ft. bunks with filler. Retractable ladder across cabin opening provides access to bow via walk-through windshield to bow deck with safety rail surrounding the center (for facilitating fishing on the bow deck).  2003 Honda 225 HP 4 stroke outboard with approximately 940 hours. Anchor locker and bow pulpit forward. Vessel used nearly exculsively in freshwater since acquired by current owner in 1993 and stored on a trailer or lift when not in use. Near shore ocean and Great Lakes capable vessel.

Removable fish box aft in transom under teak lid. Stowage aft under transom / fish box. Numerous hand rails. 3 cleats each side and one on bow pulpit.

-Cabin: includes bunks for two with filler, portable toilet, stowage, reading lights, opening overhead ventilation hatches and portlights port and starboard.

-Mechanical / Electrical: 2003 Honda BF225 225HP four stroke installed in 2004, approx. 940 hours, 15x15 3 blade aluminum propeller and spare propeller and hardware included, dual batteries with battery switch, Sea Star hydraulic steering, mechanical throttle/shift. Two primary 12VDC circuits for helm and electronics. Recent service (Dec. 2024) with engine oil and filter change, lower unit gear lube change, water pump impeller with seals, and new marine starting battery.

-Helm/Electronics: full analog engine instrumentation including speedometer, destroyer-type stainless steel steering wheel, throttle/shift control, windshield wiper, aftermarket dual trumpet electric horn, bilge pump manual/automatic switch.

-Two installed 25W VHF Radios in a locked radio box at helm, Raymarine C80 MFD with chartplotter (includes Navionics SD cards for Inland Lakes including Lake Norman, Great Lakes and Chesapeake Bay), GPS, depth sounder. Spare non-functional Raymarine C80 MFD for parts included.

-Handheld spotlight, 12VDC accessory plugs.

-All USCG/NC required equipment (2 fire ext.), plus 2 anchors, lines, and fenders

-Over-gunwale boarding ladder, paddle, original owner’s manuals for boat, engine, & electronics
