Interior
Cavu's interior arrangement consists of a "V" berth forward, a second cabin aft of the "V" berth, a master stateroom aft, a main saloon, a galley, and a navigation station amidships.
The interior joinery work is teak, and the cabin sole is teak and holly with a satin finish. The overhead is white vinyl with teak trim. The headroom is 7'2" in the main saloon and the guest cabin.
Six Bomar opening ports, nine Lewmar overhead hatches, dorade ventilators, Hella turbo fans, and interior lights are located throughout the accommodations. The entire interior is air-conditioned.
Guest Staterooms Forward
Two guest staterooms are in front of the main salon. Farthest forward is a “V” berth cabin with a permanent single berth to port and a swing-up single to starboard. There is also a filler strip to form these two singles into a “V” berth. There is a large hatch above.
Aft from the "V" berth cabin is a full-width head. To port are the shower and Vacu Flush head. Vanity to starboard. This is a very large compartment with private access to both forward cabins. The headroom in the head compartment is 7’. Aft of the head is the second guest cabin with a large double berth to port, settee to starboard, including hanging lockers, drawers, and lockers. The headroom in the second cabin is 7’2”. Further aft is the main salon.

Main Salon
Amidships to port is the “U” shaped dinette with an inlaid teak table. Off-white cushion covers brighten the teak interior. Above the dinette and outboard are three large, deep lockers. Opposite the starboard is a convertible settee. Above and outboard are three large, deep lockers. Aft of the dinette is the aft-facing nav station utilizing the aft end of the dining settee as its’ seat. There is a curved door locker for a hidden TV. The soles are teak. Two large ports on either side of the salon allow plenty of light. Overhead hatches allow plenty of ventilation. The entire interior is air-conditioned. The headroom in the main salon is 7’2”.
Galley
The galley runs along the starboard side, aft of the main salon. The propane stove and oven are outboard…further aft, outboard are the freezer and refrigerator. The galley sinks are inboard. There are three openings to the engine and generator in the galley. There is also engine room access under the swing-away companionway ladder.
