Two stateroom layout with forward v-berth with private head with shower. To port is a large hanging locker. The aft stateroom has a single bed to port and a double bed to starboard. A desk with storage drawers is aft on the centerline. Both beds have storage below and opposite the head is a double hanging closet. The head consists of a Raritan electric toilet ( new 2024), a sink, and a separate shower. The galley is equipped with a GE microwave, stainless steel sink, Princess gas stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, new Bunn coffee maker, and toaster. The galley is completely furnished with all-new silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. New upholstery in salon and fore and aft staterooms (2/ 2024). Newly installed black-out pull-down privacy shades in the salon and white black-out curtains in staterooms and heads.
Main engine is a Yanmar 4JH4-HTE 110 hp with 791 hrs. The transmission is a ZF45-1 3,03 final drive ratio. The Northern Lights genset M753-8N KW has 296 hrs. Propeller shaft is a 1.5" Aquamet 19and the propeller is a 24 x 20" 4 blade. There is a Wesmar T8E bow thruster with controls of bridge and helm.
Also, a new (5/2024) Victron MultiPlus 3000w 12V inverter/Charger 120A was installed. Dual switchable Racor filters with pressure gauges are located by the starboard tank to service the main engine. A single Racor filter with a pressure gauge is mounted by the port tank to service the generator. The engine or the genset can be run off of either tank or both.
All teak decking was removed and re-fiberglassed and gel coated with Kiwi Grip nonskid. In 2011 the bottom was peeled and allowed to dry out for 1 year then in 2012 using West System Epoxy17oz double bias cloth on 445 degrees with .75 oz. mat glass sewn to it was applied. West System Epoxy was then used to fair out the hull then 8 coats of Interlux 2000E barrier coat were applied. To date, not one blister or blemish has been found. All thru hulls were replaced with Marelon Thru hulls and sea cocks. All sea strainers were replaced with Vetus sea strainers. A deep fiberglass spill tray is located under the main engine to facilitate keeping the bilge clean.
There are two Furuno Navnet color chart plotter/radar and Furuno 320 GPS modules, two Garmin chart plotters at helm, and bridge. Icom IC7000 VHF/UHF radio with AH-4 auto tuner, PTC ll USB Bluetooth Pactor 3 modem. There are two Icom IC120 VHF radios and Datamarine 2480 depth sounders at the helm and bridge. There are 4 Shakespear antennas: 23' SSB, 17' VHF, 12' VHF, and a spare 3' VHF.
The air conditioning consists of a 7K fwd stateroom, 16K salon, and 12K master stateroom. There is a rebuilt Groco model K toilet fore and Raritan Macerating toilet aft. The 12 gal water heater works on 120 volt or engine heat. There are Caframo fans in the salon and staterooms and a new 40-inch Samsung TV and a Sony AM/FM stereo and speakers are also in the salon. There is a Fireboy 1301 fire suppression system, multiple fire extinguishers, horn and ship bell, 2 12-volt deck lights, 2 main 2000 GPH bilge pumps with auto and a manual switch with high-water alarm. Additional equipment consists of a Fiorentino 12' Coastal Para Anchor with Approx. 200' 1" line and poly trip line, McMurdo Smartfind E5 406 and 121.5 mhz EPIRB, and a Viking 6-person coastal with cradle, (needs re-certified).
Also, there is a new Achilles 10' grey Hypalon dinghy (3/2024), a custom dinghy/solar panel mount with 2 150 watt Solar panels- with a Victron solar charger controller - this solar system works very efficiently supplying all the 12-volt power needed for the refrigerator, freezer, pumps, batteries and lights. Under the aft stateroom stairs is a 110-volt Pro Watermaker ( this system was pickled several years ago and would probably require a replacement membrane).
