This Ted Irwin-designed Irwin 54 is safe, fast, and beautiful.
She is one of the later 54s and features the walk in center cockpit, aft deck seating, and a full width aft lazarette.

Owner's stateroom aft with queen centerline bed plus hanging lockers. Galley to starboard, crew
bunk to port. with space for washer/dryer and pantry. Forward Starboard guest cabin with upper/lower bunks. Guest head with separate shower stall. Forward Queen size v-berth, storage and hanging lockers. Master head has tub and shower as does the forward head.
This yacht suffered a knock down in a storm while on land and the owner has been doing refurbishing of hull, deck, electrical and plumbing systems. He has run out of time and the boat still needs the interior refit( soft headliner and some paneling), Chiller for Freezer/Fridge, Auto Pilot, Bimini.
