1992 Jamestowner Silver Lining

This lovely Sumerset has been remodeled inside and out. Once a standard layout, it has been converted to a wide open reverse floorplan, allowing the family to sit in the main aft living area and look out over the lake through the large glass sliding door. The floorplan also includes two upper and two lower state rooms with queen size beds in all. Each room is equal to the next in size with plenty of storage in the built-in dressers. It does not have a master suite, but it's made up for in the sense you do not have to constantly walk through the sleeping area. There are two full size bathrooms with full standing showers and upgraded sinks. All of the appliances have been upgraded to stainless and the faucets on all the sinks were upgraded to beautiful pieces. This is all just the main floor.

On all decks, front, rear, top and 3rd floor. Yes it is 3 stories, have beautiful patio furniture. The 2nd floor has a remarkable outdoor kitchen set-up with a large grill, complete with 6 hot drawers. Other options installed in the remodel include a dishwasher, trash compactor, fridge, and sink. The rare feature about this outdoor kitchen is the added kegerator (a fridge for a keg fit with a tap), and wine fridge. It's pretty AMAZING!!

The boat is a 1992, but was completely overhauled with modern amenities in 2014.
