Accommodations & Layout:
Sleeps 6, 3 staterooms with 2 heads. The master stateroom is forward with its own head,
shower and king-size pie-shaped bed. The master stateroom contains two full-height closets
and numerous storage drawers, cabinets and a Visio 24” LED TV and bluray player. There are 2
guest staterooms and 1 additional head containing a shower. The starboard guest stateroom
contains a full-size berth, full-height hanging closet and several storage drawers and cabinets.
The port stateroom contains an over/under bunk berth configuration with a half-height hanging
closet and storage drawers beneath the lower bunk and a combination washer/dryer. The
staterooms, hallway and stairs are fully carpeted.
Up and aft from the staterooms, the bright and open main deck galley, dinette and salon area.
The salon area contains an L-shaped built-in sofa with storage underneath and a moveable
barrel chair. The galley contains a large stainless sink, electric cooktop, microwave/convection
oven, icemaker and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer. The raised dinette can seat 4 adults.
Adjacent to the dinette is a 30 bottle wine refrigerator. The flooring is a dark wood-looking
planked laminate. The ceiling is a whisper wall system, stretched fabric in numerous panels.
The salon also contains a home theater system containing a Denon AV receiver, Martin-Logan
subwoofer, Bose speakers, Apple TV, bluray player and 46” Samsung TV. Hidden in the salon
cabinetry is a full ethernet network system by Ubiquiti containing 2- wireless bridges (2.4 &
5Ghz), Wifi Access Point, Internet Gateway, 24 port switch and several small switches
distributed within the boat. The salon contains fully dimmable primary lighting. The aft transition
from the salon to the cockpit is bordered by a sliding glass door and sliding curtain.
The cockpit is a slight step down from the salon, it contains 2 built-in L-shaped seating areas at
the rear of the cockpit. The seating area contains removeable cushions, covers and storage
beneath. The cockpit has removeable outdoor carpeting which is snapped in-place. Two
overhead lights and two floor level lights illuminate the cockpit. The cockpit contains a lazarette
hatch which provides access to the area underneath the cockpit. A 2 nd hatch provides access to
the fishbox which has been modified with a bait pump and bubblers to facilitate the storage of
live Dungeness crabs. The cockpit contains 2 Glendinning shore cable systems along with 2
shore-side water inlets and a fresh water spigot. 2 cockpit speakers are connected to the salon
home theater as a 2 nd zone.
The transom contains two hatch compartments for storage of dock lines, water hoses and
electrical shore cable adapters. The starboard side compartment has been modified to contain
a propane storage system to facilitate connection to a propane grill and storage of a 2 nd propane
tank.The trainsom is dominated by a Roskelly-Olsen davit system carrying a Novurania DL 430
dingy (14’2”, 1000+lbs, 60hp Yamaha). A fresh water transom shower is on the port side with
hot/cold water controls in the cockpit.
A cockpit ladder provides access to the flybridge. The flybridge is covered by a stretched fabric
over aluminum frame top and both hard & soft clear panel enclosure. The forward section of the
flybridge contains a bar faucet & sink and built-in L-shaped seating area. Beneath the forward
section is a large under-the-brow storage area with 4 access doors and additional storage
underneath the L-shaped seating area. In the middle of the flybridge is the helm console and a
U-Line icemaker/refrigerator. The helm console has open access beneath it for service work
and/or storage. Two helm chairs provide elevated 360 degree viewing while at the helm. The
flybridge has removeable outdoor carpeting which is snapped in-place. At the rear of the
flybridge is an a radar arch housing antennas, sensors and instruments. Behind the helm seats
is large open space which could be used for additional seating, large-item storage, etc.
