This 50' Gibson Cabin Yacht is priced to allow some needed work to be done by the buyer. The engine room hatch needs replacing or repairing, the bow cushions need to be re-upholstered and the interior carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. The engines seem to be okay and are low hours, less than 650 hours. The forward HVAC is new and the aft HVAC is tripping the breaker so it needs to be addressed. The generator is a new Westerbeake.
