Boat Details

Description

This boat has been a year round Liveaboard most of its life. The current oner has been aboard for 8 years. The boat went through a custom refit in 2017 and has been meticulous maintained since. It was built to be a cold climate Liveaboard and was constructed with heavily insulated cabin walls and a gas fired forced air furnace. To further increase the comfort level a LG dual zone ductless HVAC system was installed as well. All systems are 100%. 
The head is equipped with with a Raritan Elegance electric head and a Purasan treatment/discharge system. 
The galley has updated (2017) appliances including dual refrigerators, microwave and twin burner cooktop. 
The boat currently sleeps 4 comfortably and can easily accommodate 6 with a sofa sleeper. 
The fly bridge has integrated seating for 12  all under a newer (2019) Bimini top.
