Accommodations
Three cabins, One queen bed stateroom forward of the saloon. Spacious saloon with rap-around couch on starboard side. Galley on port side with black with gold flake granite. Two aft staterooms both with twin beds in each. comfortably sleeps 6 but saloon can be turned into 4th sleeping area if needed. Spacious rear deck with plenty of seating. Two seats at captains helm and a third at port side forward cockpit/helm area. Then a wraparound couch starboard mid cockpit and then a padded lay out area at rear of boat. Also forward the cockpit is another layout area in front of the windshield. All new upgholstery.
Mechanical Equipment
2 ddec 8v92TT engines with less than 200 hours since out of vessel rebuilds. Both transmission's had full builds also from ADR power systems in Jacksonville with receipts. Have all receipts for engine rebuilds also. Done approximately 3 years ago. Removed older Kohler generator and purchased a Westerbeke complete rebuild from boat energy which runs great and may have 14.7 hours since install.
Galley Equipment
Galley has black with gold flake granite installed with new fixtures and stainless appliances. It also has a heat induction cooktop that is not hot to touch just convective heat with appropriate pans. They all go with boat. New Refridgerator installed about 4 years ago.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Forward above rub rail was painted at Lambs yacht center 3 years ago and the hull was painted at State Rd 84 Boat yard in Ft. Lauderdale. Non skid in Cockpit was painted at the same time as topsides. Bottom paint was just done at Huckins yacht yard in Jacksonville Fl.
Navigation Systems
Garmin gps and Chartplotter only as we stayed inland at Lake sydney lanier for the first 8 years and the last 4 in Jacksonville Florida.
