1995 Freedom 35

Whether you're going around the world or just in the ICW this Freedom 35 will get you there in safety and comfort. She is clean and the deck is uncluttered. The carbon fiber freestanding mast eliminates the shrouds, backstay, and spreaders and carbon mast reduces weight aloft. The mainsheet, working jib sheet, halyards and reef lines are led through turning blocks and stoppers to two (2) Harken winches on the cabin roof within easy reach of the cockpit. No problem with the main sail wearing on the spreaders or jib getting hung up, tacking is a snap. Sailing upwind is quick and efficient like you have a full crew. She is easily single handed or double handed from the safety of the cockpit. Reefing lines run back to the cockpit make simple work when breeze comes up.

Down below she is well designed with the stowaway salon table that really gives you a very open light and airy feeling with the many opening ports and hatches. The woodwork down below is fantastic, beautifully done cabinets and shelves. Both cabins are definitely a high point, long berths with plenty of opening ports and hatches for ventilation. The L shaped Galley works great, well insulated refrigerator, plenty of storage and large stainless double sink.
