1995 Sea Ray 370 Express Cruiser

NADA Value $46,830 selling for $28,000.00 as the Starboard engine needs cylinder heads repaired or renewed, I have included boroscope photos of the clean cylinder bore and the valve shaft and head rust, before they failed the cylinder pressure was around 150psi. The reaon for the rust is that the starter motor was weak and running very slowly so the water pressure from the raw water pump was not high enough to clear the exhaust and some trickled back into the heads, I replace the starter with a brand new one. 
The Port engine is perfect with new electric fuel pump and crank mounted water pump fitted last spring. The boat had new bottom paint last year using hard anti-foul paint and looks really good.
Many new items including A/C, refrigerator, water heater, chartplotter, vhf radio, cockpit canvas including bimini top, everything aboard works as it should.
There is a DIY or Full service marina directly across from my slip to repair the engine and they also have moorings subject to availability. I have taken on a new job and just don't have time to either repair or use the boat and it seems stupid to keep paying the mooring fee and I would rather someone else has use of the boat.
