1995 Sumerset Houseboat

Our family has loved this boat and we have taken good care of it. It's our second home on the lake! But the kids are grown and our family size has tripled with grandkids so we're selling this one and bought a bigger boat! Somerset Discovery XL (1995) with two 2007 115 Merc motors. 60' x 15'. We rarely take the boat out of the slip so the motors haven't been used much. They were serviced last summer. The Westerbeke generator is a workhorse, but isn't used very often because we usually stay in the slip. The HVAC works great. Newer propane gas stove. The newer fridge runs off the generator or electric shore power. Has two 80 gallon gas tanks, and a slide. Flybridge on upper deck. Since 2010, we have painted the exterior, reupholstered the interior, installed new shades inside, installed new toilets (2011), replaced the top shade (2022), new TV in 2019, recovered the pads over the motors (2021), put new screens on all the windows in 2019, new counter tops in 2015, new water heater, last summer we painted the top deck with elastimeric-type paint, and have done other miscellaneous stuff. The gray water goes right back into the lake. There's a big water storage tank under the floor. Plenty of storage under the front deck for toys. It has a reinforced hull. $189,000.
