Introduction
Imagine you had a private island off limits to everyone unless invited. Imagine that private island could move. At sun up you are in port and at sundown you are anchored off of a beautiful island. Welcome to yachting -- where adventures and memories for a lifetime are easily achieved.
The Ferretti 80 is designed to be a family cruiser. Having four comfortable staterooms, large salon and extra-large outside entertaining areas there is ample room for cruising in comfort.
Main Deck
Starting aft on the main deck is the aft deck. This is usually the focal point of most social activities early in the morning and often in the evening. With seating for eight and a large teak table, teak decks, access to the flybridge via a molded staircase, and two large opening doors leading into the salon.
Upon entering the salon from the aft deck, it’s immediately obvious that the woodwork is very high gloss, rich teakwood with amazing quality and finish. To port, is a couch that seats eight. To starboard, is a small sofa that seats two. In the salon, is a flat screen TV with a full AV system, and large windows that bring in a bright natural light.
Moving forward from the salon and up two steps, is the dining salon. A teak table and chairs seat eight for formal dining. Across from the dining salon is the galley. Forward of the galley is a dinette that is used for casual dining, coffee in the morning or to relax and plan the days adventures. Across from the dinette is the lower helm station.
Accommodations
The master suite is positioned about midship below decks. The high gloss teak wood highlights the master suite. As with the entire yacht the woodwork is extraordinary in detail and finish. The queen-sized bed is located in the center with a makeup table on one side and a small couch on the other. There is full AV and a TV in the master suite along with plenty of drawer and closet space.
Forward of the master is a guest stateroom with a double bed, closet and drawer space, and an ensuite head, full AV and a TV.
Opposite the guest suite is a second guest suite with twin beds, closet and drawer space, ensuite head and AV and a TV.
Forward of the two guest suites is the VIP suite. A queen-sized berth surrounded by drawers and fine woodwork. There is ensuite facilities, full AV and a TV.
Flybridge
The fly bridge can be the main gathering point for most family adventures. There is an upper station for navigation, a large dinette for lunches or happy hour, and plenty of lounging area.
The davit is aft on the flybridge. The tender storage area can be there, or on the swim platform. There is plenty of room for storing toys, jet ski or whatever is required to add to the adventure.
