The interior layout offers a toilet area in the bow with a full berth directly aft on the starboard side with storage areas across. The large salon provides settee seating and a full galley area on the port side with L-shaped seating around a table, a navigation desk, and a single-entrance toilet compartment

across the starboard side. A walk-through leads aft into the master stateroom with a full berth off to the port side with a designated shower stall forward and storage across the starboard side. Centerline steps from the rear of the
salon lead up to the open cockpit with good access to the forward and aft deck areas.

Engine: Yanmar model 4J2 HTE four-cylinder inline, four-cycle, turbocharged and inter-cooled 76 HP (@ 3400 rpm) marine diesel engine plumbed with a thermostatically controlled closed fresh water cooling system (with coolant recovery bottle) using sea water cooled heat exchanger and exhaust system with sections of double clamped marine grade exhaust hose and a Vernatone fiberglass muffler for aft discharge, 12V starting and a alternator charging systems new engine compartment insulation.

Marine Gear and a Kanzaki model KM35A, 2.13: reduction, straight drive, marine gear coupled to a single section 1 ¼” diameter s/s shaft using a conventional adjustable shaft log packing gland.

Generator Kohler model 9 EOZ three-cylinder inline, four-cycle, 9 KW (@ 1800) marine diesel generator plumbed with a thermostatically controlled closed fresh water cooling system (with coolant recovery bottle) using sea water cooled heat exchanger and exhaust system with a water lift type muffler (generator installed in machinery space directly forward of the Yanmar auxiliary motor)

Sea Cocks s/s ball valves with bronze/glass or nylon sea water intake strainers

Hose/clamps marine grade hose with single and approved double clamping observed on all lines.

Batteries three lithium 300 amp 12V batteries (year 2021). Properly secured under navigation desk.

D.C. wiring master panel on the inboard side of the walkway leading to the aft master stateroom, main and individual line breaker protection, volt and amp usage meters properly labeled.

A.C. wiring master panel next to the main DC panel with two 30 amp lines, main and individual line breakers, a Xantrex DC/AC inverter/charger system with separate monitor panel

Fuel system single aluminum 100-gallon fuel tank located aft (under aft berth on the port side, Tank Tender system to monitor fuel level), plumbed with sections of CG approved hose, Racor fuel/water separators, and engine mounted secondary filters (engine and generator) and fuel line shut off valves on the top of the tank.

Steering system pedestal steering system with large s/s wheel, mechanical rod steering system with universal joints.

Ventilation 12V assisted ventilation for the machinery spaces.

Bilge pump one high capacity Rule 12V bilge pump (center bilge sump area) and a manual diaphragm type emergency bilge pump with handle (located in the cockpit on the port).

Stove three burner propane stove, with functioning solenoid switch and two 3 gallon propane tank stored in the cockpit. 

Fridge front opening 140-liter fridge and freezer, 12V with 110V converter.

Stainless steel sink with additional fresh water filter (and UV filter). 

Kitchen aid convection oven 110v.

Galley custom made by the owner, solid Birch butcher block installed in 2021 alone port-side of the living room. 

Anchors one 65lbs Mantis, incl. Mantis swivel and bridle. one 45lbs Bruce anchor and one 35lbs Fortress anchor. 200ft 3/8 chain (new 2021), two 250ft rode adequate lengths for additional anchors.
