The boat is in the water in Cape Canaveral. We bought it in 2020, survey done, sailed it for 6 months in the Bahamas and then had to return to Florida. Since then just minimal sailing, mostly in the water in the marina and hauled out during hurricane season. The mid-ship (galley, living room and navigation desk) is completely renovated. New AC system in living area, no AC in aft.
Electronics, engine, generator work, sails in good condition and boat ready to sail. New bottom paint in April 2024.
