1999 ACB 26 LOA

This is a badass fishing boat. 

1999 26’ LOA Aluminum Chambered Boat (ACB) full Alaskan Bulkhead with a 2024 Suzuki 200 - with currently only 20 hours on the new motor and the 20-hour service completed!

I re-powered it ($40,000) and then my dream boat came on the market literally the same day I got it back. I hate to sell, but I’ve been waiting for the new boat. 

Aluminum Chambered Boats were built mostly for the Coast Guard and Navy Seals and other government agencies - with only a few private boats ever built. It is one of the few boats ever rated as ‘unsinkable’ by the USCG and is rated to handle 6+ foot waves. You’ll always feel safe in this boat no matter the conditions. 

This is supposedly the first boat made under the ACB name - they were building Stabicraft before this - and it was custom built for an Alaskan fishing guide. The second owner was an aluminum boat builder and he replaced the entire roof to give it a forward windshield and an over 10’ long roof for storage (see the before and after CAD drawings attached). Hull is in pristine condition and I put a double wide breaching plate on the hull to make it even stronger for landing and then bottom treated and painted it at Bitterend Boatworks - and they also did the repower and all maintenance. It’s been stored under cover for at least the last 10 years and is out of the water most of the year. 

It has an 84 gallon gas tank and gets nearly 4 mpg at 4000 rpm and 28mph with the new motor. It maxes out around 40 mph. 

The engine currently has only 20 hours on it and it is obviously under warranty. I also put on new engine gauges, two new batteries, new front and rear fly by wire station steering and gauges, new gas tank gauge, new high capacity (1100 GPH) bilge pump, new front spot light, and new cabin heater. I was building it for the next 15 plus years, but I can’t resist my dream boat. Lousy timing though.
