1999 Precision P-23

Divorce sale.  1999 Precision P-23 sailboat.  Sails fantastic.  Stored in dry storage at Lake Pleasant, Pleasant Harbor Marina.  Main sail only two years old.  Hank on Jib is the current set up on boat.  Extra 135 roller genoa sail and base for roller furler included.  I replaced Interior when I purchased 5 years ago.  Cusions where replaced with OEM manufacturer from Florida with new wood, foam, and fabric.   Replaced exterior blue stripping, and lifelines.  Have extra prop, fittings, bimini top, (bimini top is worn and difficult to use while sailing because you cant stand up).      9.8hp nissan outboard is push button start.  Starts with 1 pull from cord if needed.   Oil changed every year.    Auto pilot (Raymarine ST1000, $450) included.  

I am a very picky owner and want the things I own to be just right.  Which is why I replaced everything I could.   I am upfront about everything known about the boat. What does it need?  New trailer tires and a rebuilt port winch.  The rudder has a scrape to the very bottom but does not effect any sailing.  The pics with the mast down and interior is from 5 years ago when I "cleaned it up" after purchasing.  All other pics are from last 6 months.  

The boat had a professional fiberglass repair on the left side over 10 years ago which can be seen in these pictures.  A boat fell into it while in dry storage.  The repair is perfect with no blistering, cracking, sparing, peeling or separation.    The original fiberglass is more faded so the repair can be seen.   I used  a mild rubbing compound and made everything look great for a year or two.  More elbow grease can accomplish the same thing again.
