Built as a 2 stateroom yacht, this vessel had little use for many years. The factory wrapping was still on the forward mattress when we bought her for example. She has been extensively refit over the last 4 years with a new forward hatch, new fixed side port, new sails, rigging, electronics, cold plate fridge, recent motor, new folding prop, large solar panel with digital regulator, etc. We did not like the minimal headroom over the aft berth. We split the aft cabin with a large berth to starboard, and a smaller berth to port (but still a big double). You can still sleep head aft and enter/exit the berth at the forward end. The original mattress is available and can be reinstalled, but this layout preserves the huge galley, and offers a very large berth on the starboard side with 12-16" more headroom. A door can be added. The interior is an 8. We have started some revarnishing near the companionway, more to be done. The floorboards are not great, and the mainsalon upholstery probably should be replaced (not worn, but some seams have opened up).. We will rebuild the lower 18" of the rudder, which has some moisture. There is also some tabing that is being replaced. This will be finished this winter. She is for sale as we are building a new 41' trimaran. She has only been used 5-8x a year in our shared use membership program. The furling mast, recent rigging and sails are also available separately for $8k. We would like to switch back to a conventional tall rig mast.
