Accommodations Spaces

General: There are forward lower accommodations accessible via steps adjacent to the pilothouse helm. There is a forward cabin with vee berth, with an enclosed head to starboard and stowage to port in the forward accommodations. The forward accommodations step up to the main saloon and pilothouse. The galley is arranged to port in the saloon.

The pilothouse helm is forward to starboard. There is an L shaped dinette with pedestal table in the saloon aft to starboard. There is a bench seat for the pilothouse helm, and a bench seat aft to port in the saloon that can be extended to form a berth with an insert cushion stowed below the seat. There is a Sony model CDX-2180 AM/FM/CD stereo installed with speakers in the saloon and on the flybridge. There are steps down aft in the saloon to the aft master cabin. There is a double island berth aft, and an enclosed shower stall to starboard and enclosed head to port forward in the master cabin.

The pilothouse saloon and forward accommodations has teak and holly floorboards. The overhead liners in the accommodations are perforated vinyl. The dinette and saloon seat cushions are in serviceable condition.  Access to the engine room is good through the hinged hatches in the saloon floorboards.

Galley Equipment and Cooking Systems include:

- Princess three burner propane stove and oven installed in the galley.

- Sharp Carousel microwave/convection oven installed in the galley.

- Grunert front and top loading refrigerator and a Grunert front loading freezer 

- A U-Line model B-195 icemaker installed in the saloon

- There is a Magma barbeque grill mounted on the deck railing over the aft cabin.

Navigation & Communication Equipment

Compass:

- Ritchie steering compass mounted at each helm

Electronic Equipment:

- Icom IC-M127 VHF radio mounted at the pilothouse

- Icom IC-M45 VHF radio mounted on the flybridge 

- VHF antennas installed on the sides of the flybridge console.

- Furuno GP-1650 GPS display mounted at the pilothouse helm for chart navigation. 

- Furuno radar display installed at the pilothouse helm

- Radar antenna is mounted on the mast aft of the flybridge.

- Furuno FCV-582L video depth display at the pilothouse helm

- Raytheon ST60 Tri-data display at each helm station showing depth and speed

Sound Signals: 

- a horn that functions from each helm station. 

- a bell on board in compliance with the Navigation Rules

Navigation Lights & Shapes:

- running lights 

Charts and Publications:

- multiple charts and chart books stowed under the aft cabin berth

Fuel tanks: (2) independant painted steel fuel tanks (300) gallons each

Water tanks: (3) tanks in total:  (2) 89 gallon tanks and (1) 90 gallon painted steel tanks

Holding tanks: (2) plastic holding tanks

Freshwater Systems: Hot and cold pressure freshwater system for the sinks and showers in the heads, the sink in the galley and the transom shower. Seawater Systems: Seawater washdown pump installed in the forward bilge.

Heating Systems: There was a diesel fired forced air heating system installed with the heater in the engine room and closed ducting to the accommodations.

Bathrooms: (2) freshwater heads
