Description
2000 Manta 42 Mk1
Powered by twin Yanmar 3YM30/SD20 New 2012 only 1400 hours. NextGen 5KW New in 2017 with less than 400 hours.
This vessel has been maintained to a very high standard and the owner has the records to back it up.
With its expansive helm spacious salon, and open galley there is plenty of space to entertain. This very capable offshore vessel has everything you need to go to the Islands and beyond.
You will be impressed by its large owner's suite and multiple guest cabins. This vessel is ready for private trips or charter.
127 Manta catamarans were built in Florida between 1994 and 2009. The boats were intended for couples who wanted to live aboard and cruise on blue water. Some say the Manta is one of the more comfortable cruising catamarans to this day, with spacious accommodations, refined decks, and high-quality construction. All Mantas are solid glass below the waterline for safety and offer Nida Core coring above the waterline for lightweight, durable, moisture resistant construction. Mantas are very well regarded and capable offshore catamarans (several have circumnavigated), which are easily single-handed. The Manta owner’s forum is very active and supportive, with many very knowledgeable and helpful members.
