2001 Chaparral 230 SSi

Hate to see her go, but we just don't use her much so it's time to let someone else enjoy our boat.  The Volvo V8 is quick and has a DuoProp.  This boat is very versitle and can be used for fishing, water skiing/wakeboarding, or just cruising.  We've had it out to sea for whale watching and dolphins, and also fishing.  It can reach the Coronados with ease as well as the 302, 371, 425, etc.  30 mile banks out west are a breeze to get to.  The removable large bait tank can hold a half a scoop and the bait will never roll over a full day.  A full scoop fits too.  I added a new radio/disc player with bluetooth.  The soundsystem is awesome.  Newer CB installed.  I also installed a Lawrance Elite Ti GPS and fishfinder with side scan, and it was $1,000 new.  Also included are the slip liner ($4,000 value), O'Brien waterskiis and wakeboard.  The previous owner had a custom wood table made, which is also included.  The boat comes with a sea anchor.  A galvanized trailer is included in the price (need a brake system rebuild).  She is currently moored at Sea World Marina (the slip fee is transferable at $325/mo).  

Inch for inch, feature for feature, the Chaparral 230 SSi is one of the most functional bowriders on the market. Aft, the transom entryway makes boarding and debarking a breeze. In the cockpit, curved backrests allow passengers to sit or stretch-out. Up front, the bowrider compartment is deep and long enough for adults. The 230 also has a cockpit galley and the enclosed head has a port.
