Canyon Eagle

Canyon Eagle 2001 Myacht aluminum pontoon houseboat

Moored in Covered Slip at Bullfrog Marina.

Canyon Eagle has limited the shares to 9 owners with the option to add 1 more for a total of 10 owners. Only two 1/10th shares for sale. (first week of July and second week of August)

Our turnover day is Sunday. Secondary week use is optional. Annual dues are approximately $3,000 per share. Sale includes custom trailer.

The Canyon Eagle is an all-aluminum pontoon 57’ x 15’ Myacht that was custom built in the factory to owner specs in 2001. Large front and rear decks.

Flybridge - Operational from lower or upper level.

Custom seating on upper level with fixed bimini, power and lighting on upper level.

Water slide.

2017 Merc, 4 stroke, 90hp Command Thrust motors.

2 heads. Sleeps 8 in beds.

Shore/solar/generator power. 6 Solar Panels/8 batteries/new inverter, 2018 Onan 7W generator,

8 speaker stereo system Bluetooth and Aux cord. Satellite radio.

No TV’S intentionally.

2 Propane/elec refrigerators and 2 elec. chest style freezers. Commercial Stainless BBQ. Trash compactor. Ceiling mount air conditioner, Full kitchen.
