• All 5 air conditioning systems and raw water pumps have been replaced with new units, including a brand new upsized 27k btu unit in the flybridge. (Over $25k)
• Flybridge enclosure replaced recently by the OEM supplier Botswain’s Locker, made from OEM templates of this hull with full Makralon polycarbonate. (Over $15k)

• Upgraded 20kw Westerbeke Generator fully renewed with new water pump, belts, generator controller. Sound shield rebuilt with "soundown" material to minimize noise. Generator also has recently installed custom designed water/air separating exhaust, like many larger yachts to further limit noise, and no longer "splashes" water out the exhaust at the transom like most Sea Rays do. Extremely quiet and reliable generator.
• Bottom painted with Petit Odyssey Triton, in good condition. Shafts and props recently removed, re-pitched for optimum efficiency, and balanced with new shaft dripless seals installed.
• Newer lumitec X2 white/blue underwater lights. All lighting on vessel replaced with marine-grade LEDs from marinebeam.
