2002 Scarab Wellcraft

2002  Travis addition Scarab center console. Same owner since new. Always under cover unless being used on the water. engines always flushed with salt-away and the boat washed with salt-away after every use. I have taken better care and spent more money on this boat than I have on my wife. Just ask her, and she'll tell you! 

Twin Mercury Optimax outboards have new powerheads with less than 150 hours. lower units are new with less than 150 hours as well. Just had the service done on the motors and lower units. 

Inclosed bathroom with real ceramic toilet with holding tank, overboard pump out, standup shower, sink, lights, and two small windows—storage under sink and next to the toilet. And two USB outlets to keep you charged.

At the helm are two drop-down bolster seats, with tilt steering and gaffer throttle controls. The buttons that adjust the K-planes are within easy reach. and so are the controls for the AM-FM Bluetooth stereo. At the stern of the boat, you'll find a fold-out bench seat, there is also a bait prep table with raw water wash down and a sink. next to that is a 30-gallon live well. and to keep things neat back there, you'll find under gunnel storage for 8 rods. And if that's not enough, the tee-top rocket launchers can hold 6 more rods. At the bow of the boat, there is more seating and a windless with 400 ft. of rope and 40 ft. of chain. 

Best of all this boat can drive itself via the Raymarine auto-pilot with the color chart plotter, depth finder, and Radar all talking to each other to keep you on track. The nighttime LED running lights can be seen up to 2 miles away. and the hand-held battery power spotlight is a nice way to pierce the dark.

A bunch of safety gear is included with the boat. such as full wrap-around life jackets, each with a strobe light and whistle. An 8-person Winslow offshore life raft a personal locating beacon and a pelican box full of 12 GA and 20 GA aerial flares along with a mass of hand-held smoke and red flares.
