This vessel, under the previous owner, experienced water intrusion due to generator hose failure. That issue has been repaired.
Specs The 39 Silverton's low profile and wide stance make for a spacious interior and an excellent ride. The Silverton 39 Motor Yacht measures 43 feet 7 inches in overall length and has a 14 foot beam.
Salon & Galley The interior provides a warm, inviting atmosphere with a pair of L-shaped seating areas on either side of the salon. The settee to starboard converts to a double berth, and its aft leg makes an excellent lounger for watching TV or listening to the stereo. A large dining area is located forward and port and a coffee table serves the starboard seating area. The 39's salon provides windows on three sides filling the room with natural light throughout. There are opening windows throughout the vessel, some with screens, as is the companionway to the cabin. So whether its fresh air or A/C this vessel has you covered.
The galley is one step down from the salon and offers real oak plank flooring with a high-gloss urethane finish. It continues with the warm cherry cabinetry of the salon and is accented with an ample Corian topped workspace. The galley includes a three-burner flush-top electric range, a coffeemaker, a large under-counter oven, a separate microwave and a refrigerator that has a separate freezer compartment.
Forward Berth and Head The forward stateroom sits two steps below the galley and provides a double birth, with ample storage underneath, and is flanked with lighted cedar lined lockers. The above hatch provides a generous wash of natural light throughout the area. The forward head is located on the same level as the forward berth and is accessible through a main area door or a private door to the stateroom. It is spacious with a separate shower stall, power ventilation and air conditioning.
The Master Stateroom and Head
The master stateroom is an aft cabin and is located 3 steps down from the salon. It offers a full length mirror, a queen size berth, ample storage on either side with its cedar lined lockers, underneath pull out drawers and a full-length hanging locker stretching from floor to ceiling. The master stateroom windows provide an abundance of natural light and fresh air when left open.
The master suite features a split head arrangement on the port side, with a large separate shower to the stern and a sizable separate sink and head area forward which also provides additional storage.
Aft Deck & Flybridge
The aft level hard top covered deck is spacious with its built in bench seat, wet bar, ice maker and sink. Add a table and chairs and you have a perfect setting for alfresco dining. You'll have protection from the elements with all the fresh air and scenery of being outside.
A molded midship stairwell takes you up to the bridge enclosed with new canvas and isenglass for 360 degree views. Bench seating for seven is split port and starboard of the stairs and aft of the helm. The helm is located center bridge and has seating for three. These seats are adjustable forward and aft, with armrests and flip-up bolsters to allow the captain to stand for maximum visibility.
Boarding The 39 offers two boarding options, depending on tidal conditions or the height of your dock. There's high access from starboard at the aft deck level; as well as low access from the swim platform.
