Our beautiful yacht is a CE Class A sailing vessel, offering a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to spend time out in the Mediterranean area, as she is just perfect for Mediterranean sailing.

Her Rig is set up to be easily managed by one person, as all of her lines can be operated from the cockpit. The front sail is a self furling and the Main sail is in-mast furling.

The entire yacht was upgraded to commercial status in 2009, which resulted in an upgrade of all the engine fuel pipes to enhance fire standards, extra ventilation for the battery locker, plus an automatic bilge pump was installed, along with many extras. The upgrade was all overseen by the Maritime Coastal Agency (MCA)

As you can see from the diagram in the pictures the Galley is on the port side of the saloon and has a:

Ample storage area on both sides of the saloon.

There is one large double cabin in the fore, with large under berth storage, along with a large wardrobe, wall cupboards and electric point. This cabin has its own ensuite with Jabsco toilet, shower and basin, and 2 good sized bathroom cupboards.

There are two further good sized double cabins in the aft, all with ample wardrobes and storage.

On the Port side there is a further heads with holding tank, shower, basin and seat.

The seating area is on the starboard side with room to sleep a further 2 people.

A large table that seats 8, with storage under. All bench seats have good storage beneath.
The instrument controls are alongside the Chart table on the starboard side, which has a comfy seat and storage area below the seat and the chart table.

There is easy access to the inboard engine via lifting steps in the companion way, also side access from both stern cabins.
