Accommodations
I own the boat free and clear with title in hand.
I am not the first owner and have owned the boat since March of 2023.
It is an excellent example of a 20 yo boat and ownership has been a pleasure with no issues.
I purchased it from the owner of a LKN Marine service and repair business. It was his personal craft.
From my knowledge, the bottom was painted in 2017 and is due.
The reason for selling is that I am moving from the Carolinas to AZ and do not plan to transport the boat.
Since my purchase, I replaced all 4 batteries (2 Port, 2 Stbd) as well as a new dual bank charger.
Everything else has worked very well.
The kitchen / bath exhaust fan does not work and I have not pursued its replacement.
This is the only non functional component that I am aware of.
The depth finder works and I use it.
The Raytheon chart plot is original and may or may not work. I have never used it in favor of using my mobile phone.
